Since all our products are digital downloads, once a file has been downloaded, accessed, or unlocked:

Reason:
Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical items. Once downloaded, they are permanently accessible to the buyer.
A refund may be issued only in the following case:
The product has a critical error or broken functionality
The issue exists in the original downloaded file
The problem cannot be fixed even after support assistance
You provide full details of the issue
You allow our support team to verify and fix it
Code modification, custom edits, or 3rd-party changes were not done by you

❌ You don’t like the item or expected a different feature
❌ You purchased the wrong product by mistake
❌ You don’t have required server, hosting, PHP version, or technical knowledge
❌ You edited, modified, or damaged the source code
❌ You installed it incorrectly
❌ The issue is caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or custom changes
If you face any issue, our team will:
Check the error
Help with setup/installation guidance
Provide fixes (if it's a code issue)
If the issue is genuine and cannot be fixed:
