At Sahoocode, every digital product comes with 6 Months of Standard Support, similar to leading digital marketplaces. Our support is professional, limited, and strictly follows the rules below.

1.1 Installation Guidance (Basic Only)

We provide general guidance on how to install the script, such as:

Required PHP version

Required extensions

Folder setup instructions

Database import instructions


> Note: We do NOT provide full installation, server configuration, or fixing of your hosting issues.

1.2 Bug Fixing (If Bug Exists in Original Code)

If there is a real bug in the original source code, we will fix it and provide:

A patch

Updated file

Or instructions to fix it


If the bug is caused by your hosting, edits, customization, or 3rd-party code, it is NOT covered.

1.3 Lifetime Access to Product Updates (If Included by Seller)

If the product includes future updates, you will receive them for free.
Support does not guarantee new features or custom changes — only updates released by the seller.

1.4 General Usage Questions

We can help explain:

How a feature works

Where to find settings

How to use the script properly


But we do not teach programming or server administration.

Server setup

SSL setup

cPanel/hosting configuration

Domain pointing

Migration


These are paid services (if available).

2.3 No Hosting or Server Issues

We do NOT handle problems caused by:

Low-quality hosting

PHP version mismatch

Missing extensions

Slow servers

Memory limits

Firewall/permission issues


These must be solved by your hosting provider.

2.4 No Fixing of User-Made Changes

If your developer edits the code and breaks something, support is not responsible.
We do not fix errors caused by:

Custom modifications

Third-party plugins

File deletion

Altered database

Theme changes

2.5 No Re-Coding for Mobile Apps

If your purchase includes a mobile app, support does NOT cover:

App setup

Play Store / App Store publishing

Firebase setup

Reskinning

API customization

Build errors caused by your environment


These require paid professional services.
